This is a CT scan of a toy rocket. The propulsion mechanism, which consists of a flywheel that is set spinning upon brisk manual rolling of the wheels on a flat surface, is clearly visible deep within the center of the body. Several gears and parts of unknown function can easily be discerned. This rocket is beautifully rendered in the metal and rubber parts, but unfortunately, the plastic pilot, consisting of only a head behind the windshield, is not visualized.
